Front End Development

Front-End Web Developers create the user-facing side of websites and web applications. They work with web designers to create the interactive experiences on the web. Mobile Responsive means that the websites you create will work on any device, mobile, laptop, or desktop. When you click on a website, the web servers send information to your browser, which, for example, turns into the page you're seeing right now. A Front-End Web Developer write the code that makes that happen. Course 100 - Front End Web/Mobile Responsive Development is the starting point. You'll learn HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and the jQuery framework over the course of 10 Projects. When you're done, you'll have a portfolio of code to show prospective employers, as well as a certificate showing that you completed the Course. We'll help you get a job if you want one, or help you start your freelance business or startup. Please note: Freecodecamp.com estimates 400 hours of work on average to complete this module. To complete all ten projects in 12-weeks would require about 33 hours per week devoted to StartFast Code. Some of our students need more than 12-weeks to complete all their projects. In those cases, we offer optional one-month extensions for a nominal $500 extra charge. Students may also complete their projects without continuing classes at no extra charge.
